Shipping

Orders within Abu Dhabi are typically delivered within 2–7 business days.
Orders to other Emirates are typically delivered within 3–12 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary during holidays, launches, high-demand periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Keepers is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, contact details, or information provided during checkout.
Keepers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier provider.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged due to an issue on our side.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Keepers reserves the right to assess and determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Customized or personalized items
Made-to-order products
Sale items
Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, confirmed, or shipped.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
